Richmond Hill, ON. BMW Group Canada (BMW and MINI brands combined) reported sales of 3,519 vehicles for the month of August. This result represents a decrease of -10% compared to August, 2018.
BMW.
The BMW brand reported 3,023 sales in August, representing a decrease of -8% compared to August, 2018. Top selling models in August were the all-new BMW 7 Series sedan (+10%) and the BMW Sport Activity Vehicle portfolio - led by the BMW X3 (+46%).
MINI.
The MINI brand delivered 496 units in August, resulting in a decrease of -21% compared to August, 2018. The completely re-designed MINI Clubman, with over 300hp in the John Cooper Works model, commenced customer deliveries in August.

Motorrad.
BMW Motorrad delivered 195 units in August, an increase of +6% as compared to August, 2018. Models driving the sales growth were the BMW R1250GS, BMW R1250GS Adventure, BMW S1000RR and the BMW R1250RT.
