New responsibilities at BMW Welt and BMW Group Classic
On the basis of the current guidelines and measures announced by the Bavarian State Government to contain the spread of coronavirus infections, BMW Welt, the BMW Museum and BMW Group Classic will be closed to the public from 17 March until further notice.

The BMW Museum in Munich is now bringing this century of company history alive in all its facets with the exhibition “100 Masterpieces. BMW Group – 100 years of innovative strength and entrepreneurial courage”.

Munich. As the classic car season gets under way, the BMW Museum city tours in historic BMW automobiles are about to resume as well. Participants can explore Munich’s leading sights in true style – with a chauffeur on board. These limited city tours take place on select days between April and October 2012, starting at 11.00 and 15.00 hrs and lasting around three hours. The city tour season begins on Sunday, 22 April 2012.

From 13 March to 30 April 2012, the BMW Museum will be showcasing a rather unusual exhibit – a 3D puzzle created by legendary puzzle writer CUS and presented on the BMW LMR V12, winner of the 1999 Le Mans and one of the most fascinating racing cars in BMW history.
