（北京/慕尼黑）宝马集团与华晨（中国）汽车控股有限公司共同任命吴佩德先生（52岁）担任其合资公司华晨宝马汽车有限公司总裁兼首席执行官。任命自2007年3月1日起
生效。

华晨宝马汽车有限公司现任总裁施润博先生（49岁）已调回在慕尼黑的宝马集团总部另有任命。

吴佩德先生为宝马集团工作了9年，在德国及海外担任过生产方面的高级管理职务。吴佩德先生自2006年6月加入华晨宝马汽车有限公司并担任生产高级副总裁职务。
