宝马集团与华晨（中国）汽车控股有限公司共同任命康思远先生担任其合资公司华晨宝马汽车有限公司总裁兼首席执行官。任命自2009年6月1日起生效。

华晨宝马汽车有限公司现任总裁吴佩德先生调往宝马集团雷根斯堡工厂另有任用。

康思远先生为宝马集团工作了11年，曾在德国及英国担任财务领域的高级管理职务。
