Munich. The BMW 3 Series with Andy Priaulx/GB won the World Touring Car
Championships two years in succession, and now this car provides the
inspiration for an attractive special model of the new 3-door BMW 1
Series: BMW is now offering just 2,000 of the Limited Sport Edition.
This serves to highlight the sporty orientation of the successful BMW 1
Series. These cars will be available from 24th March 2007 only in the
special paint finish Carbon Black, running on 18-inch WTCC wheels with
BMW Motorsport lettering and mixed tyres (front 205/45 x 18, rear
225/40 x 18). Other features of the Limited Sport Edition include
start/stop button with special lettering and Chrome Line Exterior
instead of Shadow Line. In addition, the customer acquires the entire
contents of the sports package: M sports chassis, M aerodynamics
package, chrome tailpipe trim, roof liner in Anthracite, M leather
steering wheel, sports seats at front, entry sills with M emblem, M
footrest, gear lever with M emblem, fog lamps and various leather
coverings in Soft Nappa. A sporty ambience in the interior is created
by the upholstery fabric Sensatec Flashpoint and strips in Aluminium
Glacier Silver. Other types of decor strip and leather seats are also
available. The prices for the additional equipment for the Limited
Sport Edition: 4,660 euros for the BMW models 118i and 118 d, 4,560
euros for 120i and 120d, 3,360 euros for the 130i.

CO2 emission information.

Fuel consumption, CO2 emission figures and power consumption and range were measured using the methods required according to Regulation VO (EC) 2007/715 as amended. They refer to vehicles on the German automotive market. For ranges, the NEDC figures take into account differences in the selected wheel and tyre size, while the WLTP figures take into account the effects of any optional equipment.

All figures have already been calculated based on the new WLTP test cycle. NEDC figures listed have been adjusted to the NEDC measurement method where applicable. WLTP values are used as a basis for the assessment of taxes and other vehicle-related duties which are (also) based on CO2 emissions and, where applicable, for the purposes of vehicle-specific subsidies.
