BMW Group Middle East announces new Managing Director Phil Horton to
lead BMW's Regional office as of 1st April 2007 Dubai - UAE. BMW
Group Middle East announced today the appointment of Mr. Phil Horton to
the position of Managing Director, effective 1st April 2007. Guenther
Seemann, who has been in the Middle East region since January 2004, has
moved to head up BMW Group's subsidiary in Australia. Phil Horton has
spent his entire career in the motor industry. He commenced his career
with BMW Group over ten years ago as the Marketing Director for BMW UK
for seven years. For the past two-and-a-half years he has been the Sales
and Marketing Director for BMW South Africa, a country that has enjoyed
unprecedented growth over the past three years. Phil Horton is married
with one daughter and has already visited Dubai on several occasions
and will be visiting the Middle East regularly before he commences

CO2 emission information.

Fuel consumption, CO2 emission figures and power consumption and range were measured using the methods required according to Regulation VO (EC) 2007/715 as amended. They refer to vehicles on the German automotive market. For ranges, the NEDC figures take into account differences in the selected wheel and tyre size, while the WLTP figures take into account the effects of any optional equipment.

All figures have already been calculated based on the new WLTP test cycle. NEDC figures listed have been adjusted to the NEDC measurement method where applicable. WLTP values are used as a basis for the assessment of taxes and other vehicle-related duties which are (also) based on CO2 emissions and, where applicable, for the purposes of vehicle-specific subsidies.
