Power and Associates 2012 Dealer Financing Satisfaction Study SM, ranking highest this year for the Prime Retail Credit and Retail Leasing categories. This year’s rating marks BMW Financial Services ninth-consecutive year of recognition by J.D. Power and Associates.

Power and Associates 2012 Dealer Financing Satisfaction Study SM, ranking highest this year for the Prime Retail Credit and Retail Leasing categories. This year’s rating marks BMW Financial Services ninth-consecutive year of recognition by J.D. Power and Associates.
BMW Financial Services ranks highest among automotive financing providers in the Prime Retail Credit segment, as determined by dealer feedback on finance provider offering; application/approval process; and sales representative relationship factors. Alphera Financial Services, a BMW Group Financial Services provider of multi-make financing, ranked second to BMW Financial Services, allowing the BMW Group Company to command the first two spots in the Prime Retail Credit category.
J.D. Power and Associates ranked BMW Financial Services highest in dealer satisfaction in Retail Leasing, improving upon 2011’s finish and reflecting strong performance in the areas of provider offering; application/approval process; sales representative relationship; and vehicle return process.

Initiated in 1994, the J.D. Power and Associates Dealer Financing Satisfaction Study SM is conducted annually. The study aggregates responses from dealer principals across the areas of Prime Retail Credit, Sub-Prime Retail Credit*, Retail Leasing and Floor Planning.
