Woodcliff Lake, NJ – July 17, 2013… For the second year in a row, BMW has been voted the “Best Car Manufacturer in the World” by the readers of Frequent Business Traveler, and has won the only automotive manufacturer category in the GlobeRunner awards.
The Frequent Business Traveler GlobeRunner Awards recognize the world's best airlines, hotel chains, automobile manufacturers, car rental agencies, luggage manufacturers, and travel websites.
“BMW has been singled out by the road warrior readers of Frequent Business Traveler as the Best Car Manufacturer,” said Jonathan Spira, editorial director of Frequent Business Traveler. “Our readers’ very selective preferences combined with their extensive patronage of hotels, airlines, and everything travel-related make their votes particularly meaningful.”
Voting was conducted online from January 9 through March 15, and over 110,000 votes were cast by readers.
