BMW Motorrad remains committed to an expansion of models to generate new customers and drive sales growth.  This strategy has yielded sales growth and market share increases that are expected to continue in 2015.   

 

3.     Discontinued Models

2014 marked the last year for the following models; there is no replacement in the model year 2015 lineup:

 

  • C 600 Sport
  • G 650 GS Sertão
  • HP4   

 

 

4.     Metallic Paint Charge

With the introduction of Model Year 2015, there will be an additional charge for metallic paint.  This is a new BMW Motorrad measure that is being implemented in all markets, effective with the model year change.

 

Pricing for metallic paint allowed us to reduce to the overall model-year price increase, which benefits those customers who do not opt for metallic paint.

 

  • Metallic paint will be priced between $50 and $150, depending on the model and the size of the painted surface areas.
  • There are some models where metallic paint is not charged (e.g. R nineT) and models that offer a no-cost metallic paint option (e.g. C 650 GT); complete information is shown below in the detailed pricing sheets for each model.
