BMW Asia, in a special collaboration with the Orchard Road Business Association (ORBA), has taken over the Mandarin Gallery (side wall) digital billboard to engage audiences and allow them to experience the new BMW 7 Series like never before. At 100m in height above street level, and 18m in width, this is the highest billboard in Singapore today and is in the heart of Orchard Road, the city's world-renowned shopping district.

The film showcases the rapid transformation of the automotive industry and poses the question: How fast will the transition to electromobility progress? It first highlights the increasing demand for electric vehicles, accompanied by dynamic production imagery. The growing BEV share in the production network is illustrated through key milestones. The film emphasises production flexibility, demonstrating BMW's ability to adapt quickly to market developments with its ICE, hybrid, and BEV plants. The global expansion of electromobility is highlighted by the establishment of new fully electric production sites in Debrecen (2025) and Munich (2027). The film concludes with BMW Group's vision: "We don't predict the future - we build it." The future of electromobility is not just anticipated - it is actively shaped.

The film describes the functionality of the new BMW control unit, including the driving coordinator, called Heart of Joy. We begin in a dark room where the control unit itself is shown from various angles. With a flight through the interior of the Heart of Joy, we land in a collage that showcases BMW’s expertise and experience in developing the typical BMW driving pleasure. Next, we see an X-ray view of the Neue Klasse show car, where the drivetrain, including simplified data streams of the driving coordinator, is displayed. During a curve, force arrows at the wheels explain how the driving coordinator regulates. This is repeated in the next scene during an evasive maneuver on a snow-covered road. Subsequently, we are in an Italian mountain village where the smooth gliding and elegant stopping of the new drive are shown. We end the film with a dynamic driving collage of the Neue Klasse show car.

World premiere of the first-ever BMW M3 CS Touring at the "Mount Panorama Circuit" in Bathurst, in the Australian state of New South Wales.

The new Aeroacoustic and E-Engine Center (AEZ) starts operations at the BMW Group's Research and Innovation Center (FIZ). The building consists of two halves: In addition to a multifunctional part with workshop, testing and measurement equipment as well as a prototype for high-voltage batteries and inverters, the AEZ is home to a technically unique wind tunnel. With a length of almost 100 m, a height of 45 m and a width of 25 m, it is the world's largest vertical acoustic wind tunnel and at the same time the quietest.
