Speed Motorwagen emerges as the most awarded dealership at BMW Group India Excellence awards.

Lucknow . Speed Motorwagen became the most awarded dealership at the BMW Group India Excellence Awards for Outstanding Individual and Dealer Performance in 2016.

The dealership excelled in their performance bagging coveted awards such as Best Overall Performance in Sales 2016, Best Performance in Customer Satisfaction - Aftersales 2016 and Best Performance in Accessories and Lifestyle Sales 2016. Apart from this, the executives at Speed Motorwagen swept away individual excellence awards like Best Overall Performance in Aftersales 2016 and Best Performance in Parts Turnover 2016.

The ceremony lauded exceptional performances in categories such as Best Overall Performance in Sales, Best Overall Performance in Aftersales, as well as new categories such as Highest Overall Manpower Retention. In all, 71 Dealer Excellence awards were handed out during the evening.

As with every other BMW dealership, Speed Motorwagen has provided its staff intense training in management of sales, service, spare parts and business systems to ensure customers receive best-in-class pre and post sales ownership experience. A team of service engineers have also been trained at BMW’s training centers in Singapore, Malaysia and Germany.

MINI has successfully established itself as a premium small car brand in India. Presently, the MINI model range in India includes the MINI 3-door, MINI 5-door, MINI Convertible, MINI Countryman and the MINI Clubman. MINI has established five exclusive dealerships in India.

The International Purchasing Office (IPO) established in Gurgaon identifies and assesses potential suppliers for BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorcycles taking into account BMW Group’s requirements for quality, technology and logistics. The IPO strongly focuses on increasing the sourcing of production material (components) as well as IT and engineering services from India to the BMW Group international production network.
