Fracture splitting or cracking is in terms of strength, cost and accuracy of manufacturing advantage, since the fractured parts match perfectly, so no further machining or surface treatment is needed. Once joined together, the method ensures the best possible bonding of con-rod and connecting rod cap. Honing and fine boring the large connecting rod eye. Purification of process water through various feller, filtration and osmosis methods, up to a quality that comes close to distilled water (total water desalination). Process water treatment system. Control of recirculation of the cleaned process water. Sampling of purified process water. Process water analysis using ICP-OES spectrometry (optical emission spectrometry) of purified process water to detect heavy metals among others. Quality assurance of the process water circulation system through extensive testing methods. Distillation apparatus. Titration and filtration equipment.
