Jens Marquardt (translation): „I think we really did well. Even though we had the focus on the driver performance, we have a line up that also works well on a personal level. [...] I think we are on a good path.“ Jens Marquardt: „With the combination of drivers that we put to the teams now, but also with the whole group with the six plus Marco, i think we are in a very fortu-nate situation. [...] It really was a very good environ-ment to develope the car, the team, the operation with.“

Augusto Farfus: „Everybody has to be prepared men-tally and physically to take part in an DTM race because it’s like an hour ten an hour twenty [...] You need a fam-ily mentality to get there and show that everybody is fighting for BMW not for ourselves.“

Andy Priaulx: „We had a lot of fun. We spent some time together travelling to the event. We’ve been training together. A little bit of competition, but healthy. [...] When you are all together in an event like today you actually see the real personality come through as well, which is nice to see.

Bruno Spengler: „Yeah I mean fitness weeks are very important. First of all for your physical abilities. You test your physical abilities. Obviously we train a lot at home [...] Everybody gets more together and it’s kind of a good team spirit there.“ Bruno Spengler (translations): „There are two reasons. Obviously the first reason is that we want to improve and optimize our fitness [...] I think a fitness week can im-prove the team spirit as well as the driver and mental performance.“

Martin Tomczyk (translation): „We work on the normal things like endurance and strength which you can also do at home [...] I am happy that I can continue these exercises at home.“ Martin Tomczyk: „We do quite a lot of mental training here. I mean it’s a new area of training for us. For sure everyone got already in touch with the mental training [...] You learn about that mental training and for sure we can take something home.“

Riccardo Ceccarelli: „All my crew and myself we were impressed by their mentality. All very easy persons. Not very sophisticated at all [...] Very positive, very good so we were all impressed. I think who did the se-lection did a very good selection.
