BMW Group New Zealand has today announced the appointment of a new Managing Director. Mr Karol Abrasowicz-Madej commences his new role from 1 September 2018, and comes to New Zealand with over 16 years’ experience in various roles within the BMW Group.

Mr Karol Abrasowicz-Madej commences his new role from 1 September
2018, and comes to New Zealand with over 16 years’ experience in
various roles within the BMW Group. Mr Abrasowicz-Madej is currently
responsible for Dealer Network Development at BMW Group Japan.
Departing Managing Director, Florian Renndorfer, returns to Munich to
take over the lead of worldwide Sales Development and Sales Steering
for BMW Motorrad. Mr Renndorfer leaves New Zealand at the end of
August, with BMW locally well-placed with its ongoing product
initiatives and dealer network developments.

Fuel consumption, CO2 emission figures and power consumption and range were measured using the methods required according to Regulation VO (EC) 2007/715 as amended. They refer to vehicles on the German automotive market. For ranges, the NEDC figures take into account differences in the selected wheel and tyre size, while the WLTP figures take into account the effects of any optional equipment.
All figures have already been calculated based on the new WLTP test cycle. NEDC figures listed have been adjusted to the NEDC measurement method where applicable. WLTP values are used as a basis for the assessment of taxes and other vehicle-related duties which are (also) based on CO2 emissions and, where applicable, for the purposes of vehicle-specific subsidies.
