Latest information on the 2017 BMW International Open.

Players.

Robert Karlsson (SWE), who only yesterday was named as one of the vice captains of the European Ryder Cup team, and who won the 1997 BMW International Open, will tee off again in Munich this year. 2014 Ryder Cup winner Victor Dubuisson (FRA), 2013 BMW PGA Champion Matteo Manassero (ITA) and seven-time winner on the European Tour Thongchai Jaidee (THA) have also confirmed that they will be playing in this year’s BMW International Open.

The two starting places for German amateurs at this year’s tournament have been awarded to Thomas Rosenmüller (GC München Eichenried) and Max Schmitt (GC Rheinhessen).

Open champion Henrik Stenson (SWE), this year’s Masters winner Sergio García (ESP) and two-time major winner Martin Kaymer (GER) will all be among the pre-tournament favourites. They will be joined by all six of the remaining Germans playing on the European Tour and major winners Ernie Els (RSA) and José Maria Olazábal (ESP), as well as Bernd Wiesberger (AUT), Tommy Fleetwood (ENG) and Spanish pair Pablo Larrazábal and Rafa Cabrera-Bello.

CO2 emission information.

Fuel consumption, CO2 emission figures and power consumption and range were measured using the methods required according to Regulation VO (EC) 2007/715 as amended. They refer to vehicles on the German automotive market. For ranges, the NEDC figures take into account differences in the selected wheel and tyre size, while the WLTP figures take into account the effects of any optional equipment.

All figures have already been calculated based on the new WLTP test cycle. NEDC figures listed have been adjusted to the NEDC measurement method where applicable. WLTP values are used as a basis for the assessment of taxes and other vehicle-related duties which are (also) based on CO2 emissions and, where applicable, for the purposes of vehicle-specific subsidies. Further information are available at www.bmw.de/wltp and at www.dat.de/co2/.
