Munich. Right after the most successful season of his career
to date, Bernd Wiesberger announced that he will be teeing off at
the BMW International Open 2020 (24th to 28th June 2019, Golfclub
München Eichenried). More top-class pros are set to follow. Tickets
for the highlight of the golfing year in Germany can be ordered now,
with a Christmas discount of ten percent.
Wiesberger won three tournaments on the European Tour this year, something he had never achieved before. The 34-year-old got two of the three wins – at the Scottish Open and the Italian Open – at prestigious events in the Rolex Series. Wiesberger ended the season by finishing in third place in the season rankings, the “Race to Dubai” – his best result to date.
“I always really look forward to the BMW International Open. The tournament is organised magnificently and has a special atmosphere that we as players really enjoy and which is the reason we love coming to Munich. On top of that is it is close to my home country,” said the Austrian, who is currently listed in 21st place in the world rankings. “I’m looking forward to teeing off at the BMW International Open once again in June, and to large numbers of people coming to the tournament from Austria and Germany.”

ten percent on up to four admission tickets or Fairway Club tickets.
This offer runs until 23:59 CET on 26th December 2019. To take

Admission is free for all on Tuesday (23rd June, practice rounds) and Wednesday (24th June, Pro-Am), while under 18s pay nothing for admission throughout the entire tournament. All attendees who come wearing traditional dress (lederhosen or dirndl) on “Bavarian Day” (Thursday, 25th June) will also receive free admission.
Day tickets cost 15 euros (Thursday or Friday) and 30 euros per day on the weekend. Season tickets for all four days of the tournament are available for 75 euros. VIP tickets for the Fairway Club are available for 275 euros (Thursday or Friday), 375 euros (Saturday or Sunday) and 1,040 euros (season ticket, Thursday to Sunday). The aforementioned prices are all without the Christmas discount.
The admission price includes a free shuttle bus service between the S-Bahn station at Ismaning and Golfclub München Eichenried (Thursday to Sunday) and – weather permitting – free parking at the tournament.
