Two wins in three races is the record with which BMW M Motorsport travels to round four of this season’s Intercontinental GT Challenge at Indianapolis (USA), where it will be looking to back up the strong results achieved so far. The penultimate round of the 2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship (IMSA series) leads BMW M Team RLL to an iconic race track: the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (USA), also known as ‘The Brickyard’ hosts this coming weekend’s event (15th to 17th September). BMW M Team RLL aims to return to the IMSA GTP podium with the new BMW M Hybrid V8 at Indianapolis.

BMW M Motorsport has signed Robin Frijns (NED) as a works driver. Among other things, the 31-year-old will be involved in BMW M Team WRT’s test work with the BMW M Hybrid V8.
The eighth round of the FIM Superbike World Championship 2023 (WorldSBK) in Most (CZE) delivered solid results and some highlights for BMW Motorrad Motorsport, both teams and the four BMW Motorrad factory riders. Scott Redding (GBR / ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team) finished fourth in the first main race to match his best race result of the season. Loris Baz (FRA / Bonovo action BMW Racing Team) reached the top ten in both main races.

Two weeks after the first victory for the brand new BMW M Hybrid V8 at Watkins Glen (USA), BMW M Team RLL arrives at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (CAN) with a lot of momentum. The circuit near Toronto, formally named Mosport, will host the sixth round of the 2023 IMSA WeatherTech Sports Car Championship (IMSA series) this coming weekend.

CO2 emission information.
Fuel consumption, CO2 emission figures and power consumption were measured using the methods required according to Regulation VO (EC) 2007/715 as amended. They refer to vehicles on the automotive market in Germany. For ranges, the NEDC figures take into account differences in the selected wheel and tyre size, while the WLTP figures take into account the effects of any optional equipment.
All figures are already calculated on the basis of the new WLTP test cycle. NEDC values listed have been calculated back to the NEDC measurement procedure where applicable. WLTP values are used as a basis for the definition of taxes and other vehicle-related levies that are (also) based on CO2 emissions and, where applicable, for the purposes of vehicle- specific subsidies.
