The BMW M 1000 RR has passed the endurance test, and BMW Motorrad Motorsport was more successful at the Suzuka 8 Hours (JPN) within the FIM EWC than ever before. The BMW Motorrad World Endurance Team fought its way to an outstanding fifth place with the #37 BMW M 1000 RR in a field full of strong Japanese teams. In the Superstock class, TONE RT SYNCEDGE 4413 BMW and Team Étoile achieved a 1-2 result for the BMW M 1000 RR.
The upcoming weekend (19th to 21st July) marks the only overseas race and a true classic for the BMW Motorrad World Endurance Team in the 2024 FIM Endurance World Championship (FIM EWC). The 45th edition of the Suzuka 8 Hours in Japan is the third round of the FIM EWC season.

BMW Motorrad World Endurance Team experienced a rollercoaster of emotions at the Ardennes rollercoaster at Spa-Francorchamps (BEL). The team, with riders Markus Reiterberger (GER), Sylvain Guintoli (FRA), and Ilya Mikhalchik (UKR), was in a promising fight for the podium with the #37 BMW M 1000 RR. However, after four hours of racing, the team had to retire prematurely at the 8h Spa Motos.

CO2 emission information.
Fuel consumption, CO2 emission figures and power consumption and range were measured using the methods required according to Regulation VO (EC) 2007/715 as amended. They refer to vehicles on the German automotive market. For ranges, the NEDC figures take into account differences in the selected wheel and tyre size, while the WLTP figures take into account the effects of any optional equipment.
All figures have already been calculated based on the new WLTP test cycle. NEDC figures listed have been adjusted to the NEDC measurement method where applicable. WLTP values are used as a basis for the assessment of taxes and other vehicle-related duties which are (also) based on CO2 emissions and, where applicable, for the purposes of vehicle-specific subsidies.
