With the new BMW CE 02, BMW Motorrad is presenting another e-vehicle for urban conurbations around two years after the CE 04 and is thus consistently pursuing its electric mobility strategy. Thanks to its electric drive, trend-setting design and innovative solutions, the eParkourer is a dynamic partner for a new kind of mobility and provides great riding fun in an urban environment.

Now BMW Motorrad goes one step further and presents the new BMW C 400 X – a premium vehicle for the mid-size scooter segment.

Model year 2018 will see a number of model facelift measures in the BMW Motorrad programme. The models can be ordered from all BMW Motorrad partners in the new configuration from August 2017.

The new BMW C evolution will be celebrating its world premiere at the Mondial de l’Automobil in Paris on 29 September 2016. This is just one of the highlights from BMW Motorrad that will be on display at this year's INTERMOT in Cologne. From the BMW Motorrad worlds of experience Heritage, Tour, Roadster, Adventure and Sport two new motorcycles as well as several models that have undergone substantial redesigning will all be celebrating premieres.
With the new C evolution, available in two variants in future – the Long Range version and the European version that meets the requirements for the A1 driving licence – BMW Motorrad now raises the benchmark in the e-scooter segment to a new level. Featuring a new generation of batteries, as used in the current BMW i3, the range has been significantly extended. The world premier will take place at the Mondial de L'Automobile, Paris 2016.
BMW Motorrad has closed the first half-year with a new sales record for the fourth time in succession. 80,754 motorcycles and maxi scooters were supplied to customers worldwide as of June 2016 (prev. yr.: 78,418 units). As compared to the equivalent period of the previous year, this represents an increase of 3.0%. For the first time ever, BMW Motorrad was able to sell more than 80,000 vehicles in the first six-month period of a year.
