MINI United 2007: Zandvoort to become centre of the worldwide MINI fan community.

Munich/Amsterdam. The countdown has begun: after the overwhelming success of the premiere in 2005 in Misano, Italy, preparations are now getting underway for the second MINI United Festival. The meeting place for thousands of MINI fans from all over the world this time round is the Circuit Park in Zandvoort, near Amsterdam, Holland. The international MINI community will be descending on this venue for three days from June 22nd to 24th 2007.

success of the premiere in 2005 in Misano, Italy, preparations are now
getting underway for the second MINI United Festival. The meeting place
for thousands of MINI fans from all over the world this time round is
the Circuit Park in Zandvoort, near Amsterdam, Holland. The
international MINI community will be descending on this venue for three
days from June 22nd to 24th 2007. Under the motto "Friends.
Festival. Challenge", spectacular driving events will be held and
an exciting supporting programme organised. Among other things, MINI
fans will have the possibility to drive their own MINI on the race
track, and famous DJs and live acts will help create the festival-like
atmosphere. A racing weekend with the German MINI CHALLENGE will
provide the sporting climax of this unique lifestyle event. Zandvoort
is not only the traditional venue for major motor racing competitions,
it is also the preferred beach resort for city-dwellers living in
nearby Amsterdam. Europe's biggest party scene, home to design and style
- and thus the ideal setting for MINI United 2007 and the international
MINI community. At the first MINI United Festival in Misano, Italy in
October 2005 around 6,000 MINI enthusiasts from 40 countries enjoyed
the unique mixture of party and spectacle, motor racing excitement and
community experience. An international crowd, exciting races and plenty
of action, focusing on the MINI, helped give the event its unique flair
and aroused the urgent desire among the MINI community for a re-run.
Now the time has come, and one thing is already certain: MINI United
2007 will be the biggest spectacle the MINI world has ever seen!

the programme of events, the MINI CHALLENGE and the MINI community, as
well as tips and links on the location, registration and booking accommodation.
