Motorplan.

Included in the selling price of a new MINI is a standard 3 year / 75 000 km Motorplan Maintenance Contract. This maintenance

contract covers all service, maintenance and repairs resulting from normal wear and tear excluding tyres, fuel and top-up oil.

As with any maintenance agreement, there are certain exceptions which are clearly specifi ed in the Motorplan Agreement.

Repairs resulting from negligence or an accident are not covered. For all models the contract distance can be extended up to

200 000 km, dependant on individual needs.

ON CALL.

Comprehensive back-up service is provided to MINI customers through the MINI Dealer Network and the BMW Group On-Call Centre

in case of an accident, breakdown, theft or any emergency. Free roadside assistance, tow-in, emergency medical assistance,

accommodation and car-hire will provided (if required).

MINI Insurance Cover.

Balance of comprehensive, theft insurance and audio cover is available to all new MINI customers as a monthly cost option.

We offer a range of benefi ts exclusive to MINI Insurance including:

• Replacement of vehicle for a similar new vehicle in the event of theft, other loss or write-off within the fi rst 12 months of date

of fi rst registration, subject to availability.

• Replacement of vehicle in the event of theft, other loss or write-off for a similar MINI NEXT for vehicles older than 12 months,

subject to availability.

Customer Protection Insurance is available which will safeguard against death, temporary and permanent disability as well as

retrenchment or redundancy.

MINI Insurance has been specifi cally designed to offer the same total protection and peace of mind our customers have come to
