Midrand. In October 2024, BMW South Africa announced its racing intentions at the BMW M FEST; a local academy to help develop young race car drivers and support transformation in motorsport.
Pablo Clark Racing’s Motorsport Development Program is endorsed by BMW South Africa and took to the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit on 12 April 2025 to test the fruits of this burgeoning partnership at the weekend’s Extreme Festival. BMW South Africa’s affiliation with NGK Pablo Clark Racing allows it to leverage off the latter’s race car development and engineering expertise ahead of its further activities through 2025.
Armed with three BMW 3 Series (E46) race cars supported by BMW Group Financial Services Africa, three young drivers lined up on the starting grid of the third round of the BMW M Performance Parts Race Series on Saturday, 12 April. They were:

The BMW M Performance Parts Race Series is a Motorsport South Africa-affiliated series managed by the BMW Car Club Gauteng. The series is open to drivers of all BMW models, subject to five time-based classes.
