The World of BMW's Off-Road Skills School in South Wales is proving to be more popular than ever in 2007, with spaces on both the Level One and Level Two courses fast selling out. However, there is good news for riders wanting to head to the impressive 4,000-acre off road haven at Walters Arena Enduro Park, as six-times Dakar Rally competitor Simon Pavey and his team announce six new dates.

The World of BMW's Off-Road Skills School in South Wales is proving to be more
popular than ever in 2007, with spaces on both the Level One and Level Two
courses fast selling out. However, there is good news for riders wanting to
head to the impressive 4,000-acre off road haven at Walters Arena Enduro Park,
as six-times Dakar Rally competitor Simon Pavey and his team announce six new
dates.

Despite increasing the number of courses available in 2007, the vast majority
of original dates, running from March to October, are already sold out.
Therefore, the new dates have been added to meet the ever increasing demand and
the recommendation for those interested is to book on one of the new dates as
early as possible to avoid disappointment.

The following six dates have been added to the two-day Off-Road Skills Level
One and Two courses calendar in 2007:

• 24-25 March
• 7-8 April - with Level Two
• 5-6 May
• 2-3 June
• 16-17 June
• 30 June - 1 July

In addition to announcing six new dates, The World of BMW also confirmed that
Off-Road Skills customers in 2007 will also be able to put two of the new G
Series bikes through their paces, as the Xchallenge and Xcountry bikes become
available for the first time on levels one and two courses.

The lightweight Xchallenge single-cylinder engine bike is an uncompromising
off-road machine, while the stylish Xcountry bike boasts a compact, agile and
powerful demeanour. The R 1200 GS and F 650 GS bikes will also continue to be
available for riders to choose from.

For more information or to book, please call 08000 131 282 or email
bmw@worldofbmw.com. Please note that a full motorcycle licence is needed and
participants must be aged 21 or over.

CO2 emission information.

The values for fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and energy consumption shown were determined in a standardised test cycle according to the European Regulation (EC) 715/2007 in the version currently applicable. The figures refer to a vehicle with basic configuration in Germany and the range shown considers transmission (automatic or manual) and the different wheels and tyres available on the selected model and may vary during the configuration.

The values of the vehicles labelled with (*), are already based on the test cycle according to the new WLTP regulation and are translated back into NEDC-equivalent values in order to allow a comparison between vehicles. More information on the transition from NEDC to WLTP test procedures can be found here.

These figures are intended for comparison purposes and may not be representative of what a user achieves under usual driving conditions. For plug-in hybrid vehicles and battery electric vehicles the figures have been obtained using a combination of battery power and petrol fuel after the battery had been fully charged. Plug-in hybrid vehicles and battery electric vehicles require mains electricity for charging. The CO2 emissions labels are determined according to Directive 1999/94/EC and the Passenger Car (Fuel consumption and CO2 Emissions Information) Regulations 2001, as amended. They are based on the fuel consumption, CO2 values and energy consumptions according to the NEDC cycle.

A guide on fuel economy and CO2 emissions which contains data for all new passenger car models is available at any point of sale free of charge. For further information you can also visit this link.
