Munich. With its sporting genes and allegiance to the cause of maximum driving fun, the MINI Coupé delivers a thrillingly focused driving experience. The first two-seater in its line-up sees MINI not only breathe new life into its successful racing history but also provide a shot in the arm for the super-compact sports car class. The MINI Coupé indulges the keen driver with a level of agility unmatched in the small car segment, along with a unique body and interior concept and the brand’s customary commitment to premium levels of design, quality, equipment and customisation.

A two-seater with space for more.

The MINI Coupé highlights its pure-bred, compact sports car character with oval recesses in the roof liner. Plus, standard-fitted sports seats offer outstanding lateral support through briskly-taken corners. Further back, an extremely high-opening tailgate and large luggage area with through-loading facility give the MINI Coupé outstanding versatility on the urban race track. No other MINI before it has offered so much load space for those creative road trips with a lucky other.

The spacious boot has a capacity of 280 litres and offers enough room to swallow a large number of luggage items available from the MINI Lifestyle Collection. From the robust, hard-shell Rooftop series cases to easy-going Black Jack luggage and retro bags from the Shout range, MINI conjures up the right gear for any trip. These clever luggage solutions are available at www.MINI.de/shop and selected MINI dealers.

An athlete in peak form.

Its flat silhouette and innovative “helmet roof” lend the MINI Coupé a sporty and individual allure. In addition to the integral roof spoiler, an active rear spoiler optimises airflow at higher speeds. The MINI Coupé can be ordered with the most powerful petrol and diesel engines in the brand’s arsenal.

Outputs range from the 90 kW/122 hp of the MINI Cooper Coupé via the MINI Cooper SD Coupé (105 kW/143 hp) and MINI Cooper S Coupé (135 kW/184 hp) all the way up to the MINI John Cooper Works Coupé, a thoroughbred athlete producing 155 kW/211 hp.

CO2 emission information.

The values for fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and energy consumption shown were determined in a standardised test cycle according to the European Regulation (EC) 715/2007 in the version currently applicable. The figures refer to a vehicle with basic configuration in Germany and the range shown considers transmission (automatic or manual) and the different wheels and tyres available on the selected model and may vary during the configuration.

The values of the vehicles labelled with (*), are already based on the test cycle according to the new WLTP regulation and are translated back into NEDC-equivalent values in order to allow a comparison between vehicles. More information on the transition from NEDC to WLTP test procedures can be found here.

These figures are intended for comparison purposes and may not be representative of what a user achieves under usual driving conditions. For plug-in hybrid vehicles and battery electric vehicles the figures have been obtained using a combination of battery power and petrol fuel after the battery had been fully charged. Plug-in hybrid vehicles and battery electric vehicles require mains electricity for charging. The CO2 emissions labels are determined according to Directive 1999/94/EC and the Passenger Car (Fuel consumption and CO2 Emissions Information) Regulations 2001, as amended. They are based on the fuel consumption, CO2 values and energy consumptions according to the NEDC cycle.

A guide on fuel economy and CO2 emissions which contains data for all new passenger car models is available at any point of sale free of charge. For further information you can also visit this link.
