Ostuni / Munich. A new fragrance has been born from the close
collaboration between CULTI and MINI. A distinctive, limited edition
fragrance, it is presented in an elegant bottle dressed in luxurious,
perforated leather. Not only that; for the enthusiasts of the New
Generation, there are 2.007 individually numbered bottles. An
original fragrance, refined packaging and an innovative concept: for the
first time in its history, MINI has chosen to conquer its clients with a
unique sensory experience and has chosen CULTI as the trademark for the
project. Culti, always intent on creating emotions and exciting the
senses. The MINI, a prestigious car, was created with the aim of
satisfying its owner's needs down to the very last detail. Breaking
from tradition, while maintaining its acumen for functional and
aesthetic choice, the MINI has not only found a business partner in
CULTI but a true world of shared ideas and passions. For CULTI, it is
indeed a project of the senses which entices through a combination of
style and close attention to detail. CULTI and MINI are united by
creativity, exclusivity and a passion for all things beautiful. CULTI
has presented an original fragrance for the world of MINI and its
enthusiasts. The starting point was the diffuser with its continuous
fragrance system which was patented in 1990 by Alessandro Agrati,
CULTI's creator and artistic director. The fibreless pith rods permit a
slow and constant release of fragrance. Alessandro Agrati's new
challenge was to dress and mould the continuous fragrance system while
maintaining total respect for the MINI's unmistakable style, without
creating compromises. The result, an elegant and simple wrapping which
gives an extreme yet refined look, constant characteristics of both
trademarks. The fragrance bottle is covered like a glove with a layer
of soft, perforated black leather named PUNCH being one of the options
to cover seats in new MINI, whilst the aluminium details are evocative
of the internal construction. It is a product of unmistakable soul, a
true testimony of research and creativity. The retail price for this
year`s most beautiful Christmas gift is 120,- Euro. A further mark of
exclusivity is that every diffuser is numbered from 1 to 2007. Many are
the fortunate who will be able to try the limited edition fragrance.
The enchanting setting of Relais Culti La Sommità, in Ostuni
(Brindisi), has been chosen for the presentation of CULTI's and MINI's
collaboration. It is an oasis of intimacy constructed within the
Palmieri Palace, a residence dating from the 500's, situated on a hill
behind the cathedral and protected by the bastions of the D'Aragona
family since the year 500. From the summit, a spectacular view of the
Pugliese countryside, dotted with centuries-old olive groves and
ancient farms. The Relais Culti La Sommità was inaugurated in
2004 and offers highly sophisticated hospitality which is the result of
meticulous research and near maniacal attention into the needs of the
individual. With ten suites, all furnished from the CULTI collection,
from the beds to the accessories, a spa which offers emotional and
physical well-being and a restaurant in which to savour authentic and
traditional Pugliese and Mediterranean flavours. Born from a
