Urban Style on Tour. MINI Collection Urban Style Tour 2007 launch party in Duisburg with star DJ Giulia Siegel.

Munich. The Urban Style Tour first brought the MINI Collection 2006
directly to urban centres like Munich, Berlin and Rome. It gave
everyone the chance to experience the latest MINI Collection live in
the Double D, a British double-decker bus from 1961 that was completely
remodelled in 2006. The Urban Style Tour is up and running again this
year, on its new tour of cities all over Europe. To get the Urban
Style Tour 2007 off to a flying start, the Double D stopped off in
Duisburg where a great launch party impressed MINI fans. On March 17th,
the Zwirner MINI car dealership in Duisburg was transformed for one
night into a fashionable club with cool beats and an exciting MINI
Collection atmosphere. At the turntables was model and star DJ Giulia
Siegel with resident DJ Chrisborn. In an action-packed dance routine,
the finalists of the popular German TV show "You can dance"
modelled the new outfits and accessories in the current MINI
Collection. After that the dancing and partying went on into the morning
hours. The highlight of the evening was, of course, the Double D
itself, which was used as a chill-out zone for the guests and VIPs.
The MINI Collection 2007 is always on display on board the Double D. The
trendy jackets, shirts, caps, bags and accessories have a stylish and
dynamic feel that stimulates the desire to travel to cities like
London, New York or Toronto. During the Urban Style Tour, the whole
MINI Collection 2007 will be on show in the Double D for visitors to
admire experience, try on - and of course buy. To view all the

International Lounge on the top deck also makes this spectacularly
converted double-decker a great place for fans of urban culture to meet

Tour will be on the road all over Europe until the end of 2007. Before
stopping in Duisburg, the Double D had already appeared at Ambiente
Frankfurt 2007 and the live broadcast of the 79th Academy Awards
ceremony at Munich's ARRI cinema organised with the support of German
Films. After Duisburg, the next stops will be Amsterdam (Autoshow) and
Düsseldorf. Further hot destinations on the MINI Collection Urban
Style Tour include the Life Ball in Vienna, the IAA in Frankfurt and
