24h Nürburgring: Through the “Green Hell” with Falken
Motorsports.
The BMW contingent for the iconic 24-hour
race at the Nürburgring-Nordschleife (GER) from 27th to
28th May continues to grow: as well as the six
works-supported cars to be fielded by ROWE Racing, Schubert Motorsport
and BMW Team Schnitzer, the Falken Motorsports will also run a BMW M6
GT3 in the “Green Hell”. Peter Dumbreck (GBR), Alexandre Imperatori
(CHE), Marco Seefried (GER) and Stef Dusseldorp (NED) will alternate
at the wheel of the car, which will also feature in several VLN races.
“We are very happy to be able to welcome a new, and very well-known
and renowned team, in the form of Falken Motorsports, who will field a
BMW M6 GT3,” said BMW Motorsport Director Jens Marquardt. “It is
becoming very apparent that the BMW M6 GT3 remains very attractive to
our customers. The top model in our customer racing range proved its
huge potential on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife in 2016. The Falken
team itself was impressed by one of the car’s outings in the VLN. We
hope to celebrate plenty of success together in the ‘Green Hell’.”

the BMW M6 GT3 from his guest appearances in the ADAC GT Masters. The
