MINI is further enhancing its appeal among fleet and business customers with the arrival of the new MINI Clubman City, developed specifically for the corporate market.

The launch of the new business focused model combines essential features, including Satellite Navigation and Park Distance Control, with highly competitive running costs and benefit-in-kind tax rates, delivering an economical option for fleet customers that can satisfy both the head and the heart.

Standard equipment packaged for business customers
The MINI Clubman City comes with a host of technology as standard, designed for those who live their life on the go.

Satellite Navigation, with 6.5” display, Apple Car Play, DAB, Real Time Traffic Information (RTTI) and Intelligent Emergency Calling (E-call) and Rear Park Distance Control (PDC) are standard, as well as Bluetooth hands free function.

Retaining standard specifications of interest to fleet customers, Air Conditioning, Sports Steering Wheel and Cruise Control are all carried over from the MINI Clubman standard equipment list. MINIMALISM Fuel Saving Technology is fitted to every MINI Clubman model, with features including Automatic Stop/Start function, Brake Energy Regeneration and Shift Point Display.

The MINI Clubman City comes with 16” Revolite Spoke Wheels as standard with 17” Silver Net Spoke or 17” Silver Vent Spoke available as a free upgrade or 17” Black Net Spoke as a paid for option. Additionally, all models can be specified with run flat tyres as an additional upgrade.

WLTP compliant and low CO2 emissions
Three models will be available from launch of the new MINI Clubman City - two petrol-powered, and one diesel variant, all of which meet the rigorous requirements of the Euro 6d-TEMP emission standard. The engine in the MINI One D Clubman City allows the brand to achieve emissions of 109 g/km (combined)*, the lowest emissions of any Clubman model.

All new MINI vehicles sold in the UK as of July 2018 are fully compliant with the new WLTP test regime well ahead of the September 2018 deadline. Despite the more stringent test requirements, the MINI range has increased on average by just 5g/km.

Vehicle design: iconic features remain for latest addition
Famous for its split rear doors, the MINI Clubman City retains its sophisticated body design and use of premium materials throughout. With spacious luggage capacity and enough room for five passengers, the MINI Clubman City enhances the experience for business customers.

MINI Fleet & Business Sales
MINI prides itself on providing outstanding service to all customers via its network of 139 retailers across the UK.  Dedicated Corporate Sales Managers are located across the MINI retail network to assist and support large fleets.  The brand’s Corporate Aftersales Charter offers business customers a service option throughout the life of their vehicles, ensuring an outstanding ownership experience tailored to the needs of individual fleets.

Steve Roberts, Head of Corporate Sales, MINI UK said “we’re well aware that many fleets operate strict CO2 limits but also need to offer drivers vehicles that are versatile and suitable for everyday life; be that commuting, travelling with the family or using the vehicle for leisure purposes.  MINI Clubman, one of brand’s most versatile vehicles, offers all of these benefits alongside a great standard specification for the corporate market.

We’re delighted that our petrol model will be available from £19,995 and our low CO2 diesel model will be available with just 109 g/km* – all WLTP compliant and available for immediate ordering.”

The MINI Clubman City is available to order now at MINI retailers nationwide. For further details, please see www.mini.co.uk/clubmancity.

Ends

The fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and electric power consumption figures were determined according to the European Regulation (EC) 715/2007 in the version applicable. The figures refer to a vehicle with basic configuration in Germany, and may vary during configuration.

The values for the vehicles marked * are already based on the new WLTP test cycle and have been translated back into NEDC-equivalent values in order to ensure comparability between the vehicles. With respect to these vehicles, for vehicle-related taxes or other duties based (at least inter alia) on CO2 emissions, the CO2 values may differ from the values stated here (depending on national legislation).

The CO2 efficiency specifications are determined according to Directive 1999/94/EC and the latest version of the Pkw-EnVKV, and based (for classification) on the fuel consumption and CO2 values as per the NEDC cycle.

Further information on official fuel consumption figures and specific CO2 emission values of new passenger cars is included in the following guideline: 'Leitfaden über den Kraftstoffverbrauch, die CO2-Emissionen und den Stromverbrauch neuer Personenkraftwagen' (Guideline for fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and electric power consumption of new passenger cars), which can be obtained free of charge from all dealerships and at https://www.dat.de/en/offers/publications/guideline-for-fuel-consumption.html.

CO2 emission information.

The values for fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and energy consumption shown were determined in a standardised test cycle according to the European Regulation (EC) 715/2007 in the version currently applicable. The figures refer to a vehicle with basic configuration in Germany and the range shown considers transmission (automatic or manual) and the different wheels and tyres available on the selected model and may vary during the configuration.

The values of the vehicles labelled with (*), are already based on the test cycle according to the new WLTP regulation and are translated back into NEDC-equivalent values in order to allow a comparison between vehicles. More information on the transition from NEDC to WLTP test procedures can be found here.

These figures are intended for comparison purposes and may not be representative of what a user achieves under usual driving conditions. For plug-in hybrid vehicles and battery electric vehicles the figures have been obtained using a combination of battery power and petrol fuel after the battery had been fully charged. Plug-in hybrid vehicles and battery electric vehicles require mains electricity for charging. The CO2 emissions labels are determined according to Directive 1999/94/EC and the Passenger Car (Fuel consumption and CO2 Emissions Information) Regulations 2001, as amended. They are based on the fuel consumption, CO2 values and energy consumptions according to the NEDC cycle.

A guide on fuel economy and CO2 emissions which contains data for all new passenger car models is available at any point of sale free of charge. For further information you can also visit this link.
