Munich. On 1 October, Dr. Gerhard Schuff (51), currently responsible for Materials Purchasing in the BMW Group, will take over the management of the Parts and Accessories Division. The present head of this Division, Christian John Von Freyend (60), is retiring. Dr. Schuff will be succeeded by Dr. Klaus Richter (39), who has so far been in charge of Purchasing Strategy and Controlling in the Materials Purchasing Division.
