WOODCLIFF LAKE, NJ, June 20, 2000...If you're in the market for a new car and
yearning for a European vacation, you can have your wheels and a holiday, too
-- courtesy of BMW and Conde Nast Traveler magazine. The BMW European Delivery
Travel Program offers customers the opportunity to take delivery of their new
BMW in Munich (at a savings of up to seven percent off the retail price) and
enjoy an exclusive European driving tour developed by Conde Nast Traveler in
conjunction with Valerie Wilson Travel, Inc.

From the hills of Bavaria to the sun-drenched beaches of the Riviera, BMW
owners can experience hairpin turns and mountain vistas on the very roads their
new cars were designed to navigate. Customers can choose from one of three
five-day itineraries that begin behind the wheel of their new BMW in Munich and
culminate each day with a stay at a Conde Nast Traveler Gold List hotel
property recently voted the "best in the world" by discriminating travelers.
Along the way, vacationers will dine at some of the world's most beloved
restaurants.

The custom-designed itineraries include:

The Swiss/Italian Lakes Tour -- which takes drivers through Austria; the tiny
principality of Liechtenstein; Lucerne, Switzerland; Lake Como, Italy;
Bellagio; and finally, Milan. Lakes tourgoers will enjoy overnight stays at
the grand Palace Luzern on the shores of picturesque Lake Lucerne, the
luxurious Villa d'Este on the shores of Lake Como, and the famed Principe di
Savoia in Milan's Piazza della Repubblica.

The Swiss Alps Tour -- which takes drivers through the lake country of
Switzerland to Zurich, the panoramic mountain passes of Interlaken and
Lausanne, the exclusive resort or Gstaad and the charming village of
Gruyeres. Overnight accommodations include stays at the prestigious Hotel
Baur au Lac, the five-star Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel and Spa, and the
award-winning Lausanne Palace and Spa.

The Epicurean Delight Tour -- which, as its name suggests, combines the best of
the best in driving and dining experiences. Tourgoers will spend two nights at
Brenner's Park Hotel and Spa in Baden-Baden and enjoy Bavarian and
international gourmet meals at the elegant Park Restaurant or the traditional
Schwarzwaldstube. From there, they will travel through Strasbourg, France to
Reims, where they'll enjoy overnight accommodations and a memorable dining
experience at the elegant turn-of-the-century estate Boyer Les Crayeres. The
Epicurean Delight Tour culminates in Paris, where drivers spend an evening at
the famed Hotel de Crillon, capped by dinner in the hotel's grand Les
Ambassadeurs.

Drivers can rest assured that, while enjoying the scenery, they can also stay
in touch with anyone in the world. Each travel package includes a free rental
of a WorldCell wireless phone that operates in more than 100 countries
throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Pacific Rim. In addition,
BMW's Navigation System, complete with European CD maps and satellite-directed
technology, can help guide drivers to their destinations and find historic
sites along the way. The Navigation System is standard on all 7-series models
and is available as a factory-installed option on many others (European map
disks must be purchased at least three weeks prior to trip).

The BMW European Delivery Travel Program is available exclusively for BMW
customers who purchase or lease a BMW through the BMW European Delivery Program
at their BMW retail center. The program, which runs through November 2000, is
offered in two elite options: Classic Tour, beginning at $2,000 per person
based on double occupancy in a deluxe room; and Connoisseur Tour, beginning at
$2,400 per person based on double occupancy in a junior suite (both excluding
airfare).

Included in the purchase price of each new BMW model are:

* One month free premium road insurance
* Tourist registration
* Factory preparation
* Inland European transportation from your drop-off point to the port of export
* Marine insurance
* Customs duty and clearance
* U.S. port processing and accessory installation
