32 BMW dealers honored as Centers of Excellence
Woodcliff Lake, NJ – March 5, 2015 BMW of North America, LLC is announcing its annual Center of Excellence honors. This award recognizes the top BMW dealerships in the U.S. who have achieved an outstanding level of performance in 2014. These dealerships have shown their dedication and enthusiasm for the BMW Brand, their customers and employees.
The dealers were measured on 11 Key Performance Indicators against their peers which include, Customer First, Aftersales and Sales data. This data is then calculated to award the top performing BMW dealers. Only 9% or 32 of the 339 U.S. dealer body are awarded this yearly top honor of "2015 Center of Excellence" based on their 2014 performance.
“I congratulate these Center of Excellence winners for their great achievement,” said BMW of North America President and CEO Ludwig Willisch. “Many of those on the list have earned COE honors over multiple years. To me, the achievement is evidence that these centers know how to continuously delight their customers. I hope they will proudly display their COE recognition and I know they will certainly enjoy the rewards.”
