BMW Gallery receives award for top quality. Calgary based retailer awarded BMW Quality Trophy for successful implementation of the Quality Management Autohaus (QMA).

BMW Gallery today achieved Quality Management Autohaus (QMA) certification and was awarded the BMW Quality Trophy. The award recognizes the successful completion of the QMA certification process, including participation from all 56 employees of BMW Gallery.

Whitby, Ontario...BMW Gallery today achieved Quality Management Autohaus (QMA)
certification and was awarded the BMW Quality Trophy. The award recognizes the
successful completion of the QMA certification process, including participation
from all 56 employees of BMW Gallery.

to deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience and the highest levels of service
to our customers here in Calgary."
To receive QMA certification and the award, BMW Gallery completed a thorough
eighteen month program, centred upon the refinement, improvement and
documentation of all business processes - thus creating maximum efficiencies.
Finally, BMW Gallery was assessed by a third-party auditor and scored on its
level of adherence to all QMA requirements.
"BMW Group Canada is pleased to present the BMW Quality Trophy to BMW Gallery
and its dedicated team," said Peter Boswell, QMA Program Manager, BMW Group
Canada. "QMA is a new program that has been adapted for the Canadian market
from BMW's European quality system. It effectively addresses major business

improvement to deliver superior customer service."

Quality Management Autohaus (QMA) is a voluntary quality assurance system
designed for BMW retailers that provides a framework of business standards to
improve internal communication and efficiency of processes to enhance customer
loyalty and profitability.
QMA has been developed and refined at BMW retailers around the world over the
past several years and is differentiated from other quality assurance programs
by its cross-departmental applications and approaches for achieving greater
business efficiency. The ultimate goal of the program is to create a system
that eliminates unnecessary costs, increases the flexibility of the business
and achieves an ever-stronger customer focus.
