Whitby, Ontario- BMW Group Canada announced today plans to open a new BMW and
MINI retail outlet in the Greater Moncton Area of New Brunswick. The BMW and
MINI retail centre is expected to be completed in 2008 and will represent BMW's
40th and MINI's 23rd Canadian retail centre.
BMW Group Canada has selected Lounsbury Company Limited to own and operate the
BMW and MINI retail facilities in the Greater Moncton Area. The Lounsbury name
is renowned in New Brunswick and the surrounding area where they have operated
numerous successful businesses since 1878.

The new BMW and MINI retail facility will be conveniently located in the
Greater Moncton Area; further details on the exact location will be announced
in the coming months.
