Gerhard Richter (55), member of the Board of Management of BMW M GmbH, will be taking over the project management for the new BMW Gran Turismo from January 2008. Albert Biermann (50) will be responsible in the future for the development of M and individual vehicles.

Munich. Gerhard Richter (55), member of the Board of Management of BMW M GmbH,
will be taking over the project management for the new BMW Gran Turismo from
January 2008. This vehicle was presented to the public for the first time as a
concept study at the Shanghai Motor Show in spring 2007. It is a cutting edge
technological vehicle which will round off the BMW product range at the top end.
Albert Biermann (50) will be responsible in the future for the development of M
and individual vehicles .
