Effective immediately, the latest press releases from 27 countries and regions worldwide in 14 languages are available through the company’s Facebook profile.
Effective 1 July 2010, the BMW Group has launched a career page, complete with current job openings, on the social networks Facebook and Twitter. There, schoolchildren, students, graduates and professionals from all fields can find information on working for the company and career opportunities at the BMW Group.
The BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad brands have been active in the Web 2.0 world for some time: Their pages on Facebook, YouTube and other sites offer prospective customers and fans information and dialog options. Since 22 March 2010, the BMW Group also has had a “BMW Group View” profile on Facebook, along with a YouTube and a Twitter profile also under the name “BMW Group View”.

CO2 emission information.
Fuel consumption, CO2 emission figures and power consumption and range were measured using the methods required according to Regulation VO (EC) 2007/715 as amended. They refer to vehicles on the German automotive market. For ranges, the NEDC figures take into account differences in the selected wheel and tyre size, while the WLTP figures take into account the effects of any optional equipment.
All figures have already been calculated based on the new WLTP test cycle. NEDC figures listed have been adjusted to the NEDC measurement method where applicable. WLTP values are used as a basis for the assessment of taxes and other vehicle-related duties which are (also) based on CO2 emissions and, where applicable, for the purposes of vehicle-specific subsidies.
