Dubai, UAE: Emirates VIP passengers can now begin their luxurious travel experience at home thanks to a new partnership with AGMC, the official BMW Group importer for Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.

Business Class passengers will be picked up and dropped off in a luxury BMW 520i Touring, ensuring quality, comfort and style during their entire journey. The agreement continues efforts by AGMC to enhance the overall customer experience and offer the best possible service.

Osman Abdelmoneim, General Manager at AGMC, said: “Business Class passengers expect nothing but the best when they travel. These high standards are mirrored by our own customers so a partnership was a natural fit. It’s a great honour to see our BMW 520i Touring models become part of Emirates Airline’s renowned luxury travel experience. We are confident that the discerning VIP passengers travelling with Emirates Airline will enjoy and appreciate the new levels of comfort and refinement in one of our most luxurious BMW models.”

The BMW 520i Touring has a long tradition of being the ideal car for executives and families alike, its interior is luxurious and spacious, with plenty of space for luggage. It is also the most connected vehicle in its segment, with an array of communication and infotainment options such as a fast WLAN hotspot for mobile devices and wireless charging. This means that busy customers can make the most of their time travelling to and from the airport, whether that’s conducting business, catching up with friends on social media or simply sitting back and enjoying the ride.

Commentating on the partnership, Johannes Seibert, Managing Director of BMW Group Middle East, said: “Premium customer experience has always been one of the most important values of the BMW Group. Through our collaboration with Emirates we are taking this tradition to a new level. Our common goal is to enhance the passenger’s travel experience even further; by ensuring luxury experience throughout their entire journey –  from ground to sky and back.”

The handover signals the beginning of a long-standing relationship between BMW, AGMC and Emirates, most recently named the World’s Best Airline in the TripAdvisor Travelers‘ Choice Awards 2017. Business Class passengers will now be able enjoy the height of luxury and comfort, both in the air and on the road to and from the airport.

CO2 emission information.

Fuel consumption, CO2 emission figures and power consumption and range were measured using the methods required according to Regulation VO (EC) 2007/715 as amended. They refer to vehicles on the German automotive market. For ranges, the NEDC figures take into account differences in the selected wheel and tyre size, while the WLTP figures take into account the effects of any optional equipment.

All figures have already been calculated based on the new WLTP test cycle. NEDC figures listed have been adjusted to the NEDC measurement method where applicable. WLTP values are used as a basis for the assessment of taxes and other vehicle-related duties which are (also) based on CO2 emissions and, where applicable, for the purposes of vehicle-specific subsidies.
