Vanaf 1 augustus 2018 zijn alle nieuwe BMW Motorrad modellen standaard uitgerust met drie jaar fabrieksgarantie. Hiermee is BMW Motorrad het eerste premium motormerk in Nederland dat zijn motorfietsen standaard uitrust met drie jaar fabrieksgarantie. Dit geldt voor alle nieuw in Nederland geleverde BMW motorfietsen modeljaar 2019 (productiestart 1 augustus 2018), met uitzondering van de BMW HP4 Race.

“BMW Motorrad is al acht jaar op rij marktleider en dat willen we graag zo houden”, aldus Head of BMW Motorrad Tom Crooijmans. “Met het uitbreiden van de fabrieksgarantie naar drie jaar denken we een goede stap te zetten in het verhogen van klantloyaliteit en klanttevredenheid.”

De drie jaar fabrieksgarantie geldt wereldwijd en er is geen kilometerbeperking van toepassing (uitgezonderd van de BMW C evolution waarbij een maximum van 50.000 kilometer geldt). Bovendien worden ook BMW motorfietsen uit voorraad uitgerust met drie jaar fabrieksgarantie indien die vanaf 1 augustus 2018 worden geregistreerd. Op tweedehands BMW Premium Selection motorfietsen blijft twee jaar garantie van toepassing.

CO2 emission information.

Fuel consumption, CO2 emission figures and power consumption and range were measured using the methods required according to Regulation VO (EC) 2007/715 as amended. They refer to vehicles on the German automotive market. For ranges, the NEDC figures take into account differences in the selected wheel and tyre size, while the WLTP figures take into account the effects of any optional equipment.

All figures have already been calculated based on the new WLTP test cycle. NEDC figures listed have been adjusted to the NEDC measurement method where applicable. WLTP values are used as a basis for the assessment of taxes and other vehicle-related duties which are (also) based on CO2 emissions and, where applicable, for the purposes of vehicle-specific subsidies.
